Affect1Life exists to encourage faith, strengthen people, and provide practical resources for those navigating their spiritual journey.

Founded by Pastor Eric Falcinella, Affect1Life was born out of a lifelong calling to shepherd, teach, and walk alongside people as they grow in their relationship with God. For over a decade, Eric served on staff at a large church in Southern California, supporting people through some of life’s most meaningful and challenging seasons while serving in roles focused on discipleship, leadership development, pastoral care, and teaching.

While Eric currently works in the corporate world, his calling to ministry has never changed. Today, he continues to serve at South Hills Church, a growing church plant in San Clemente, California. This season reflects a simple truth: calling doesn’t pause just because the assignment shifts.

Affect1Life is an extension of that calling.

Through videos, podcasts, writing, visuals, and personal coaching, Affect1Life meets people where they are and helps them take meaningful steps forward in faith. The heart behind everything created is simple: to offer hope, point people to Jesus, and remind people they are not walking alone.
